Well, it’s almost time to call it a night but I simply couldn’t turn in without taking a moment to introduce you to Naples newest heartbreaker, Mason. J & D have been fabulously fun clients to work with over the last few years and I am truly honored that they invited me back to share this very special time with them once again.

Mason was only 9 days old at the time of our session but already following in his big brother’s footsteps and being quite the little charmer. What a handsome little dude! 0907sommer04bw_3

Sneak Peek, Austin

For one very special client…

I first met them for a maternity session prior to his birth. This session represents my third visit to their home and each time is truly a pleasure. What a fun family, happy, full of life. Austin’s vibrant personality is a reflection of what wonderful people and parents they are. They are eagerly awaiting baby #2 and I’m accepting bets as to the gender yet again. I’m guessing girl, wonder if I’ll be right this time? My track record doesn’t look too good but I figure I’ve got a 50/50 shot regardless… haha

Family fun

Today I’m going to share with you a very fun loving family from Naples. Kinda makes you want to jump in bed and have a pillow fight of your own doesn’t it? They already have one WAY cute 2 yr old boy, Noah, soon they’ll be welcoming a sweet little girl into the family. If she has half the energy of her big brother Mom & Dad are going to be in for quite a ride! :)

Favorite things

One of my favorite things about this job would have to be the relationships formed and the ability to watch these special families grow over time. This little angel is Sydney, she is a resident of Naples Florida. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting her before, during that shy stage that many soon-to-be two year olds go through. When I had the honor of photographing her lovely family again it was so rewarding to see how much she had grown socially in just a few months. Suddenly the little girl who was very cautious and unsure of me had grown into this lively little lady who was  quite eager to show me everything she had learned to do in the last few months. Sydney is expecting a baby sister soon, I’ve been sworn to secrecy on the name as I hear that is still up for debate but I have a hunch Mom and Sydney may be winning. ;)

I look forward to meeting that little angel in April!

Santa Baby take 2!

Surprise, another adorable newborn!

I’m falling behind in the blog just a bit due to the holiday sessions being in full swing. I promise to post more as the madness tappers off. I’d like to introduce you to Sophia & Alex of Fort Myers, adorable children. Alex is full of personality and energy. Quite a charmer too, he even shared his Thomas the train set with me. :) Sophia was is so tiny and delicate. Everything you would expect of a sweet baby girl. I wanted to showcase her size in this session as I believe she is one of my smallest newborns to date. Photographing them early is always such a pleasure, I can imagine Mom & Dad looking back on these images in a few years and being amazed to remember that she was once so small.
