Just one more, we had to stand in the rain for this series. Mom holding my reflector over my head to shield the camera. *giggle* Seems to be the way these evening sessions go this time of year. That’s ok with me though, I just love those stormy blue skies behind him. Yeah, I think it was worth it.
Let’s call this a trial run of a possible new feature to the innerXpressions blog. My goal is to be able to share more than just an image or two but rather to give blog viewers a real taste of what a lifeXpressions session is like. Personally, I prefer the quality of the slideshows I create for my clients for long-term enjoyment since the color accuracy is more realistic and the images don’t move quite so rapidly but this little animated ‘snip’ is pretty adorable in it’s own right. 
I posted a few images from this little guy’s session on the blog toward the end of July and, well, since the whole family is just so darned cute anyway I decided they would be the perfect family to kick us off. Please feel free to leave your thoughts on the video and the concept of future ‘featured sessions’. I am always open to feedback! Now I must get ready for a special evening out with my guy. Well alright – now this is what summer is all about! Oh and yes, Rebecca is just as much fun as she appears to be in pictures. We had a little time to chat between clothing changes and I have to tell you, I am seriously impressed with this little lady, she has a heart of pure gold. She seems so much more grown up that I remember ten being. Thanks for humoring me Rebecca, I told you you’d look awesome in the dress!

Yep, that pretty much sums up my session with Ben & Jennifer…so much chemistry and affection for each other…this little one is already blessed to be coming home to such loving parents. I am on pins and needles waiting for their newborn session!

Jennifer my dear, you’re lucky I don’t share my client’s email addresses on the blog. I’m willing to bet your email would soon be flooded with messages from women who are very jealous of how amazing you look in your little white bikini. Dang, most of us can’t pull off that look when we’re not pregnant! You are just stunning girl! My hats off to you for staying in such amazing shape through your pregnancy!
Just going to pop in and post one or two, really quickly. I’m a little backed up and bouncing off walls just thinking of everything I need to do but my computer doesn’t move as quickly as my brain does so instead of crossing things off here I sit, waiting, working, waiting, working, waiting. Oye! I really need to find a way be in two places at once…seriously. It would make life so much easier! ha ha
So, I’m sharing a quick one today, this little guy is Adrian. He recently visited the Naples area for his first birthday. Now obviously he brought the family along with him, but I’ll share more of them later. Mom swears up and down this little guy wasn’t enjoying the beach at all in the days prior to our session. In fact, if I remember correctly there was mention of tears and meltdowns as soon as the toes hit the sand. Well, let’s just say that was NOT the case when I arrived that day. In fact, I’d say this little man thought the sand was de·li·cious! *snicker*
This is one of those shots that when you first look at it you can’t help but to giggle out loud. You know, the kind of giggle that sneaks up on you and makes you snort when you laugh. Yea, that kind of funny!
Ok, just one more because he’s so stinkin’ cute! I need a caption for this one. Something that reads, “Who me? I didn’t eat the sand, honest!”
Meet Dario and Kristina – full of spunk and energy and their session proofs certainly showcase that! Dario was such a ham I swear he looked at me like I had two heads when I started teasing him and said, “Betchya can’t splash me!”. ha ha It was all in good fun, it’s HOT this time of year, I’ll find any excuse to get in the water!
Kristina is my beautiful beach ballerina, isn’t she lovely? Mom wasn’t entirely sure about leaving her long curly hair down but I’m so glad she did, at least for part of the session. It’s the beach after all and long wavy beach blown hair just seems natural. I just adore, I mean seriously LOVE the shot of her running away and laughing! The small web-sized image can’t do it justice, this playful expression and the beautiful skyline deserve to be enlarged. I’m thinking maybe I need a new canvas sample!
What’s even more fun is that they brought along their Grandma and Grandpa to get in on the action. I love sessions with extended family members, especially in this type of setting where they can play with the children and just do what they do best as opposed to sitting and smiling at the camera the whole time. I know as time goes by and I pull out the photo album I’ll have tons of snapshots showing me what my parents look like, but the images I truly treasure are the ones that show WHO they are and how much my children love them, the amazing connection that spans generations. To this day I get goosebumps when my little girl runs to my Daddy and he swoops her up in his arms. So much strength and wisdom- I’m getting all sentimental just thinking about it now.
Well Mr & Mrs L. I hope I was able to capture a bit of that for you!
One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish…this bunch of cuties had the most adorable coordinated clothing. I’ve really got to hand it to Mom, she totally outdid herself! Ahhh, I wish I had time to share more but it’s after 5:00 pm and I’ve got to go pick up my own little monkeys.
