Sneak Peek, Maddox
November 14, 2007 – 12:00 am
With the holiday sessions completed, it’s time to lock myself in the office with my ex-large cappuccino, freshly loaded ipod, and a little bit of extra padding for the ‘ol desk chair so I can edit those sessions and get them online for you all.
Before I close up shop tonight I wanted to share little Maddox with you all…

He certainly has grown since the first time I photographed him! Handsome as ever isn’t he?! I had hoped to have his proofs online tonight but considering that it’s almost midnight I think it’s pretty safe to assume I didn’t get as far as I’d planned. So, this little sneak peek is for Maddox’s Mommy & Daddy, hoping it will bring a smile to their faces while they wait for me to put the finishing touches on their proofs.

Thanks for being so patient C & N! I promise they will be ready
tomorrow! Until then, good night, sleep tight, don’t let the bed bugs
bite!
It’s a big world out there

When you look toward the horizon and see the beautiful Sanibel coastline you suddenly feel very small. It really is a big, big, world! This little sweetie is Eliana, she was visiting the island with her family from Kentucky. She was such a little doll too. Very expressive.
Call me crazy but I simply adore the little ‘tude she’s giving in this shot.
Aw, now here’s a glimpse of that sweet smile.

Who are YOU?

Big fun, Texas Style!
June 28, 2007 – 6:30 pm
The internet is an amazing thing! I am fortunate enough to have professional photographers that I consider my friends throughout the US. Need a fabulous photographer for your next vacation, email me, I can probably give you a few wonderful recommendations and I am more than happy to help you get fabulous photos during those times that I can’t be there. Um, if you’re going to Jamaica, the Bahamas, Paris, etc I would like to remind you that I fit nicely in your standard suitcase and travel very light.
This stunning family was actually referred to me by friend, Jennifer of Sugar Photography in Texas. Now why am I not surprised that they showed up for their beach session in cowboy hats? Love, love, LOVE it!! How perfect to bring a little bit of their home to the beach with them.

Seeking refuge from the cold

And who can blame them? These adorable little girls got a break from the chilly Wisconsin winter when they came for a visit to Sanibel Island. What a change I’m sure it was, from playing in the snow to getting portraits taken on the beach. Snow birds are more than welcome here. Granted, I was born in Michigan but I haven’t lived there since I was a small child and I just can’t imagine that kind of cold. Brrrrrr

Good people, good times, big fun!
