Sneak Peek { Trevor & Anthony } | Naples Child Photographer

Recently I traveled to Naples to photograph these two cuties. I’ve had the honor of photographing Trevor several times now, one of his previous sessions actually on the blog if you want to take a trip back to March 2008. Funny, I remember it like it was yesterday – he’s such a fun little guy. This was my first opportunity to meet his new little brother, Anthony. I have to tell you, he was every bit as charming and full of personality as his big brother.

With Trevor being just three years old and Anthony right at that 6 month mark, getting some wonderful shots of the two of them together was … well … a little bit of a challenge. Let’s face it, when you’re three years old you really don’t want to just sit and hang with your little brother. Especially when there’s a big blue swimming pool not five feet away. Bribery wasn’t really working, compromise seemed to work well with him though. What was our compromise you ask? – I let Trevor help me take a picture of Daddy and Trevor would let me take a picture of him. Oh and lemme tell ya, it’s not easy to have two heads looking through the viewfinder. *giggle* I think he did pretty darn good though eh? :D

Dad was such a good sport and Trevor, of course, ate it up! I love surprises ya know? It’s so much fun to capture moments like the one above because no one is expecting it and Trevor’s HUGE smile was most definitely worth the effort. With that in mind, we decided a little impromptu swimming might be good for everyone.  Look at those eyelashes…color me jealous!

Absolutely gorgeous. You would never in a million years know that they made you work for it. You made it look easy when we know it’s not! Handsome boys too!

One mark of a professional is knowing when to move on and you did it – perfect. Bravo to Dad for going with the flow. Love the pool pictures, love Dad (good sport) tossing Trevor-the-soon-to-be-competition, and oh… those eyelashes!

I am constantly in awe of your amazing colours and textures and expressions that you capture. The wet lashes shot, divine! The sibling pool shot, what a treasure that is.
