Slices of Life Mini Sessions – $75.00
Perhaps you would like to document your little angel’s latest milestone but you’re not quite ready for your next full lifeXpressions session? Maybe you haven’t had your first full session yet and would like find out for yourself what all the buzz is about! While nothing can replace the variety and storytelling experience that comes with a full lifeXpressions session, we do realize and appreciate the desire to document those important moments between sessions with quality portraits that capture the spirit of your child in a relaxing (and FUN) environment… documenting a little slice of your life!
Slices of Life mini sessions are offered at photographer determined locations in Estero and the surrounding areas. lifeXpressions schedules a limited number of Slices sessions per month, for this reason we recommend allowing 3 to 4 weeks notice to ensure availability of your requested date. The Slices of Life session fee of $75.00 is required to reserve your time. The images showcased below were captured during Slices of Life mini sessions and showcase a sample of the variety that can be captured of your own child.
Each Slices of Life Session Includes:
- Terrilyn’s time and talent
- 30 minute session for up to 2 children
- 8-10 images presented in a private online gallery

How do I know if a Slices of Life Session is right for me?
While our Slices of Life sessions will suit many different personalities and budgets, they may not be for everyone. If your child tends to be more reserved and shy, you may want to consider the standard session to allow time for your child to open up and become comfortable with his or her surroundings. If you are looking for custom albums with luxurious brocade covers, personalized slideshows and the whole boutique experience you will want to consider the standard session. My belief is that everyone should have access to beautiful portraits of their children at all price points. Slices of Life sessions were designed to offer a more affordable option for high quality photographs of your children.
How does the Slices of Life Session differ from the Standard Child Session?

Time Limit: 30 Minutes
Images Shown: 8-10
Clothing Changes: One Outfit
Location: Choice of predetermined locations in Estero & Fort Myers
Number of Children Included: Limit 2
Retouching: Retouching of minor scrapes & booboos is offered for a nominal fee
Session Slideshow: Not offered
Specialty Products: Not offered (digital files are available for purchase to allow clients to utilize their own sources for cards and gifts)
- Standard Child Session -
Session Fee: $175.00 ($250 Families)
Time Limit: As long as it takes (usually 1-2 hours)
Images Shown: Unlimited, typically 25-35
Clothing Options: As many clothing changes as tolerated by the child
Location: Your home, the beach, any scenic location within 30 miles of Estero (with travel options for Marco Island and beyond)
Number of Children Included: 3 (additional subjects may be added for a nominal fee)
Retouching: Included automatically for all images
Session Slideshow: Watermarked version shown with every session. Non-watermarked DVD included with select purchases.
Specialty Products: Clients are offered their choice of custom designed greeting cards, storyboards, albums and more in addition to the ability to purchase digital files if desired.
