Featured Session { Jenna } | Naples Beach Senior Portraits

Meet Jenna! Jenna’s graduating this year and currently lives in the great state of Texas. She wanted something a little different than your average every day senior portraits so she scheduled a session with me on the beach in North Naples.  Jenna and her Mother showed up with big smiles and a car full of clothes, I instantly loved them! This girl has style to spare and such an amazingly sweet personality to go along with it. Jenna, we had such a BLAST hanging out on the beach with you (and you too Mom!). I can’t wait to show you all the fantastic photos we captured that day…in fact…keep checking your email because those proofs will be ready REAL soon!

Sneak Peek { Michelle } | Naples Senior Beach Photographer

I recently had the opportunity to meet up with Michelle on the beach in North Naples. Being a Michigan girl you can imagine she was pretty excited to have her senior photos taken on the beach, can’t say I blame her! Michelle is a beauty, inside and out. And as you’ll see below, a complete natural in front of the camera.

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing Katelyn for a fantastic senior portrait session on the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island. Katelyn is just as sweet as can be and absolutely beautiful, I’m more than a little jealous of her flawless complexion and beautiful bright smile. Sneak Peek { Jessica & Guy } | Naples Artistic Portraits

Just a few to share today from a totally fun session I recently had with a couple of very talented young authors. They needed something unique and whimsical to use for their upcoming promotional materials and book jackets. Sneak Peek { Miriam } | L.A. Actress Stopping Traffic in Downtown Fort Myers

Literally! I guess you can’t really blame people for staring, I mean she’s beautiful isn’t she? If Miriam looks slightly familiar to you, she is the same model/actress roating through the banner images at the top of the blog. She called me wanting to see about updating her portfolio when she passed through Naples after wrapping up a television show in LA, how could I refuse? Remember this face, this young woman is going places. I’m looking forward to being able to say “I knew her when…” :)

Featured Session { Erin } | Up and Coming New York Actress hits the Beach in Naples

Meet Erin, remember her face and expect to see her gracing the big screen very soon. Erin is a very talented college student and actress from New York whom I had the pleasure of working with just recently. I actually find it refreshing to step outside of the ‘norm’ and work with a client who doesn’t make me chase them. *giggle*

Beyond the whole anti-chase factor there is a certain amount of enjoyment that comes from having the opprotunity to put some of that expensive photography gear to use. You know the stuff you buy that you think you can’t live without, only to find it isn’t nearly as useful when you’re dealing with little people who sit still for exactly 0.2 seconds. :D

My beloved Lasolite Grip reflector is so much fun to play with for different looks….

Sneak Peek, Logan

The beach at sunset + handsome young man + rockin’ tunes being played while I’m shooting =  one totally inspiring creative high for me!! Thanks for such a fabulous session Logan!

Just one more, we had to stand in the rain for this series. Mom holding my reflector over my head to shield the camera. *giggle* Seems to be the way these evening sessions go this time of year. That’s ok with me though, I just love those stormy blue skies behind him. Yeah, I think it was worth it.
